The output comes first. The AI-ID button sits next to it. When the user presses AI-ID, the identity-bound share result is prepared in the background.

Source inspection, artifact creation, receipt binding, verification routing, and share preparation happen automatically.

What should the result feel like?

Natural and immediate. The user should feel that AI-ID is part of the output, not a separate tool.
